if you are reffering to the level where you have to break through walls to get items then you first have to defeat the boss and get a sledgehammer. Get to the top of the building where you will find a jock with a sledgehammer. Defeat him by dodging the sledgehammer then hitting him and then take his sledgehammer and destroy the walls.
