One of the Elite four has a Pokemon called Spiritomb, but i don't know how to get one, i heard something about going underground and talking to 32 people then talking to the hallwed tower, but it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

Why not try going to the global trade station, and ask for one there. The centre is in Jubilife city. Do you have wi fi
