Fable 2 Freezing

Hi All,

Is anyone out there having any problems with loading and freezing on Fable 2?
I have had my copy now for just over a week and have experienced in game freezing on several occasions. Now, however the game has decided not to load at all and I cannot get passed the title screen.

I have eliminated the possibility of this being the machine, as all other games work fine!

Any suggestions from you guys out there would be fantastic, thanks guys

freezes are hardware based but certain games trigger them more than others. gta IV was unplayable for example until we got a new console.

some games when you first buy them come with an instant update. does fable(I cant remember)? if so, delete the update and when you next play ignore the update and play offline. we had to do this for oblivion...only way we could get it to work.

Fable does come with an instant update. Touch wood, i haven't had this problem.

I used to have the same problem with Oblivion on our old console. Then on our new elite, Madden kept crashing and then we got the lights of death. Turned out to be the motherboard
