What do you recommend I get for my 360?

Just had it a few months now and want to know what games people recommend. I know it's all about personal taste but I pretty much like all sorts of games (apart from racing games)

At the moment I have Gears of War, PES 2008, Rock Band, GTA IV.

Dead Space is pretty good too, if you like survival horror.
Gotta agree with a lot of Vibrasphere's recomendations, Oblivion was an awesome game, Saints Row (both 1 and 2) is a lot of fun, it's easy to get sidetracked just pratting around doing all the little side missions.

Of course, Gears of War 2 is out on Friday...
