I've started playing Oblivion again but this time as an argonian and I was told by someone that there is an argonian city underwater - is this true?

According to my son there is an undercover cave where Argonians live but not a city.

On a couple of quest's there are some argonians living in underwater caves, but None of us at bethesda put in any Argonian lost cities. But I'm sure that on the PC version someone has created a downloadable MOD that contains some " Lost Argonian City"
