I signed up to research on this site (InternationalArchives.org) but am now wondering if it is a scam because I am finding it impossible to access again. I have found several complaints about it when I Googled.

I suppose I have now lost my money?

I see now that I have been scammed here. This is a warning to anyone else who may be tempted to sign up to this bogus operation.

I have contacted my card company but I expect there is very little that they can do.

I'm sorry to hear that dsj, I'm pretty new to this and it annoys me that you have to pay upfront before you can see anything. I ask people on here if they've got any ideas of research sites and if it's worth following them up.

I looked on this site out of interest and put in a known relative and sure enough it came up trumps but when I put in the fictitous Jabeth Hollywoggle it also said there were records available!! It may have been worth paying the money to see them produce them!! Sorry you were taken in and hope you get your money back.
