I am looking for a large ring-binder type of album containing wide clear pockets for storing family certificates. The older certificates are wider than the more modern ones & it would be nice to file them with having to fold.

Does anyone use an album like this and, if so, where was it sourced? Help please.

I don't know if they do anything specifically as you describe, but we've bought from Arrowfile in the past, they have a wide range of storage albums for many different uses http://www.arrowfile.com/

Many thanks for the link. I'll investigate.
I still have the one I bought in 1994, as far as I know the company still advertise in the pages of Family Tree Magazine. usually on the back page actually

I appreciate your help. I have now ordered online & look forward to sorting out my certificates & bits and pieces.
I can see your question has been answered but for anybody else interested, I use A3 landscape ring binders with the A3 landscape pockets. This gives you space on each page for a certificate and perhaps some narrative, a photo or two, newspaper cuttings etc. The down side is that you need an extra large shelf on which to store them!
hi Rose
I use A3 display binders with the integral plastic wallets to store pre-1858 wills, more often than not record offices now copy the original pages onto A3 simply for efficiency and to be cost effective, the old foolscap / folio paper size used by the will writers and the even bigger sizes of the 18th century multi page wills mean the modern photocopiers can handle the printing easily.
