In 1911 though she is married her husband is not about. I think her husband was Sidney Kenneth Clinton but he was married and living with his father in walsall but not a wife. Might explain why no pearman hadley marriage
i mean her first married name, this may be a red herring but it would explain why you aren;t matching a pearman with a hadley, though i can't find a clinton marrying a hadley either, you might need to list all the likely hadley marriages in walsall, then check the wife's name to see if it is the maiden name or a previous married name
Then in that case it also looks like that family they had Bernard in 1912, Kathleen in 1914, Samuel in 1918, edna in 1921 and Betty A in 1925. I know it's possible to have such a span of births as my own great great grandmother did. expect the unexpected i guess. work back from the birth til a marriage crops up.
