Can anyone recomend a good Family Tree programme for a computer?
I have 3 but none of them fully fit the bill.I need something from which I can print a full tree with pictures, notes and comments.

Heritage Family Tree is good ... but look also at www.tribalpages.co.uk for an online tree, which is also great.
Family Tree Maker allows all the requirements, photo's notes etc.
I would recommend Legacy.

I have mentioned this on the site a few times.

EXCEL (& Open Office, free on the internet, and compatable with MS Excel).

I have done my own, and copied it to disc's, which I have sent to France, Germany and the UK. They have ALL been able to see it.

I have photos, and In the cells that have a name, I have added where they were born, married, divorced, re-married, their jobs, etc; etc:

You can make it as big as you like, and add as much as yo like. Its a lengthy job, but works.
