Could George's wife be Cecilia Kate Way? She married a George William Riggs Q3 1902 Christchurch RD Hampshire 2b 1503

Yes it is her, she is a boarder with a John and Elizabeth Ann Riggs in Winton in 1901, but she is sesera on the 1901 and cecelia on the GRO marriage transcription. (George Riggs is not living there but his (I assume) sister ada is , both her and sesera are dressmakers
