Using different names

I am interested in tracing someone who was born on 9 November 1911. I believe his full name was Frederick Frank Chamberlain-Page. Through his life he was also known as various derivations of that name and it has proven difficult to gather information.
I am also interested in a Rosemary Marian Eccles who was born on 11 March 1942, she was adopted and I have been unable to find anything on her.
Where do I begin?

It's the right guy, I'm intrigued by the different name registered at birth though. His parents were quick off the mark!!!
I'm guessing that Rosemary Eccles would have been registered in much the same area. How do you trace an adoptee?
I'm also interested in tracing her issue, any ideas how I can go about that, I suspect that there is deceased and adopted issue.

Thanks Dotty, I was going to suggest that Rosemary may have been born in '43 but you've already discounted that.
I am confident that is the name she used post adoption, is there any way I can trace her children? I think she might have had three, one adopted, one died in infancy and another who survived.

She didn't marry until the late '90s (as far as I know). I know she had two children one who was adopted and one who wasn't. I'm particularly interested in the possible deceased child but have no way of confirming it.
Any idea how you can trace a child who you 'think' might have been born and died not long after to a parent who's identity is proving a little challenging?
