THECORBYLOON,  I actually spelled it wrong, it's Loch Ness.  And it is a very deep body of water in Scotland.  The myth is about the loch ness monster.  Sorry for the miss-spell, but where I am from, we would just call it a lake.

to make them more interesting. people still embellish their stories today - my friend was playing football yesterday and "totally hammered" the other team, scoring loads of goals but the ref was clearly backing the other side and kept making unfair decisions but they still won... further reports indicate that his team won 1-0 in a fairly uneventful game

I agree with smudge who agrees with toby19.  Stories would be boring without strang beings and mutated animals ect, look at Lord of the Rings good stories with strange animals
