Assuming they had beaten fended off us, Russians and Americans in Europe and had taken over Europe as a whole.

What would have been their next step? With American forces in Europe demolished, not to mention still fighting the Japs, they would not have strength to mount another assault on Europe. Would Germans consolidate their strength and invade America?

if they were to achieve this the whole world would be at their mercy, would Hitler not stop until the whole world would be under German control?

How would they treat their allies in Japan and Italy? would they eventually destroy them too?

who knows. You could read Len Deighton's SS-GB or Robert Harris's Fatherland for two novelists' views on how the world might have turned out.

Thank you GNO, I will check them out!
Did he lose then ?
I see there's even a Wikipedia "counterfactual" page

The yanks would have used the atom bomb on Germany - end of.
SS-GB is indeed an interesting read, though a tad farcical in places.

As for "end of", why on earth do people say that let alone write it...?
becasue it would have been the end of the war?

//The yanks would have used the atom bomb on Germany - end of. //

And how would they have got said Atom Bomb to Germany?

I don't think flying fortresses land on aircraft carriers

They would have achieved quickly and by force what it subsequently took them sixty years to achieve by stealth. Oh, and they would not have had a part share in the Nobel Peace Prize. Or they possibly might have since Menachim Begin and Anwar Sadat managed it.
I think Mark

"End of" is short for dont bother arguing I'm not listening - look I've got my fingers in my ears Nah nah nah

@jake-the-peg

Remember what they did with the dolittle raid when the U.S attacked Japan.
The Nazis planned to nuke/A-bomb the US should the need have arisen. They were working hard on the technology to create a bomb.
Otherwise I think the plan was to establish good relations with the rest of the world, while colonising the bits they most wanted.
Don't forget though Hitler was several bones short of a full skeleton, so it's perhaps not all that productive trying to think things through too much :-)
a B29 which did not have to fly from an aircraft carrier, it would have stopped everything in it's tracks pretty much the way it brought Japan to surrender. Shame someone didn't make one of the attempts on Hitler's life count, it would have saved millions ultimately.
JTH, I know what the term means! I just find it ridiculous that anyone would use it in a discussion!

As for B-29s, the only reason they were used for the atomic bomb raids was their huge range. Loads of planes with shorter range could have done the same job were it not for the distance involved...
Ickeria he wasn't that mad, dangerous, cunning, barbaric in his murder of friend and foe alike, and the master plan to wipe all Jews from the face of the earth could well have succeeded had he been able to resist the Russians and their final onslaught.
You wouldn't be allowed to ask a question such as this.
Also, in the Star Trek episode "The City on the Edge of Forever" McCoy goes back in time and inadvertently helps the Nazis conquer the world (as one does), leaving his crew members stranded in the future with no space ship.

So there'd have been no Starship Enterprise, we know that much!!!
well there would be no Jews, had he marched into London, with it's large Jewish population, many who had fled the pogroms, they would have been either shipped off to one of the many concentration camps in Poland or Germany, or more likely they would have been built here and done the job. Many of us wouldn't have been born, our parents more like to have ended up in Labour camps, and not the political kind. There was support from some British, notably Oswald Mosley, and his black shirts. What a very depressing thought.
