One of the questions was which of the following were not books of the old testament in the Bible:Rachel, Judith or Ruth. The contestant chose Judith, but the answr they gave was Rachel. Could they have been wrong or did I mis here something because I have not heard of Judith being mentioned in the old testament?

Judith apparently appears in the Catholic bible http://wiki.answers.com/Q/List_of_books_of_the_Old_Testament

Thanks anagram. That was really a catch question and I think it was unfair.
"Judith" is one of several books accepted as wholly scriptural by Roman Catholic and Orthodox churches but disputed by Protestants. They are usually grouped together in a collection called the "Aocrypha", separate from the Old and New Testaments. So, I agree, the question was unfair.
Considering we are a Church of England country who use the King James Version of the bible by default, the question was totally wrong and unfair. The only book in the bible out of the three is Ruth and they should apologise to the contestant.
