Is Julius Caesar the only person in history to have had two unconnected things named after him, using both his first(July) and second(Caesarian) names?

yes
And a rather nice salad
Napoleon, or Nap, is a card game. Then there's Napoleon Cognac.
erm I was gonna say:

Augustus Caesar - a month and a rather nice salad

The salad isn't named after Julius Caesar. of course :-)
In fact the notion that caesarean births are named after Julius Caesar is contentious by all accounts and may be partly be explained by confusion with the name of his son by Cleopatra - Caesarion
And Mae West - a month, a compass direction and a life jacket
what about Nellie Melba

Not on your Nelly
and Melba toast ?
Apologies for flippancy but I'm bored here and I went off on a tangent.
Sorry Vulcan if you only wanted serious answers. x
Mae West had droop handlebars named after, I wonder why.
Coco Chanel -
A warm chocolatey drink and an expanse of sea between England and France.
I think Napoleon easily trumps Julius Caesar in the 'having unrelated things named after him' stakes.
Nothing drooped on that lady, if I remember rightly
Caesar also has Tsars and Kaisers named after his surname.
Emperor Ming had vases named after him, and also people who fell off the ancient ugly tree in the forbidden city became known today as Mingers.
>>>using both his first(July) and second(Caesarian) names

There's a flaw in your argument:
Julius Caesar was his family name. (The Julii Caesares formed one branch of the gens Julii). His given (first) name was Gaius.
Caesar (section) is taken from Latin 'Caesare' - to cut, not his method of birth. His mother would have to have died for him to have been born this way, and supposedly, she is recorded as being alive during his lifetime. Caesar most likely means leader, as in later German.Kaiser.
I think Moses was the first person to have a basket named after him.
..and Peach Melba, peter - that was named after Nellie
and Domino Pizza
Arthur Guinness rather neatly has the volumetric measure and the drink :)
