Why was the 1932 Ford 3 Window Coupe so called? It had a windcreen, rear screen and 2 door windows so why 3 window?

Just a guess, but because it was a Coupe with 3 windows? Well DUUUH! Who cares anyway?

the americans do not count the windsheild as a window. there is a three window coupe, counting the two side windows and the rear window. there is also a 5 window coupe which has two small windows, one on each side, between the side windows and the rear window.
