some clarification on kasper hauser- correct me please if im wrong

1it was proven that he would have been the king of baden

2he was incarcerated by his stepmom-so her son could claim the throne-she also poisoned the king(father) and his sons(brothers)

3he was murdered probably by orders of lord snowdon

4however, who was responsible for releasing him ?as it appears it would have been far easier to keep him incarcerated and eventually die unknown

..... and here is a picture of Kaspar Hauser. It is very unlikely that the husband of Princess Margaret had anything to do with it, but did Lord Stanhope? Who knows .....
