The betrayal of our Polish Allies at Yalta as America helped by Churchill sought to appease the Russians led by 'uncle Joe' the oppression of anyone who held anti communist views.. If that's socialism. No thank you.

erm are you familiar with all the luxury dachas he and Beria had built? The way his regime not only exploited and tortured and raped and murdered millions as slaves in the worst conditions imaginable? the utter callousness and evil with which he responded to the great famine?
even if you ignore the crimes against humanity the wage system and the labour code he introduced in the USSR was extremely exploitative and cruel… it was illegal to be more than a few minutes late for work and almost impossible to earn enough to live on while Stalin and his cohort lived it up in old palaces!
whatever his beliefs were in writing he wasn’t much of a socialist when it came down to it… he ran the USSR in the way of the cruellest and most tyrannical tsars… i wish he had died much sooner than he did and that he had suffered horribly.

i don’t think there is any “considered” about it lol… Stalin was undoubtedly an horrific anti-semite and went out of his way to do actual material harm to Jews… if he had died a couple of months later then virtually all the jews in soviet medicine would have been killed or enslaved… the stuff that the soviet press was coming out with about jews was some of the nastiest and most racist stuff about them you can possibly read!
there’s no comparison between that and jeremy corbyn having a justified go at israel sorry…
