My Great Great Great grandparents, John and Sarah Willey (Nee Taylor), are buried in the Churchyard in Frampton, Lincolnshire just before the front door. If anyone around that area that could just nip up the path for me and copy the dates off the stone please? I recorded them in 1991 but the record has vanished. Thanks if anyone can do that! The stone is on the left as you walk up towards the Church door.

As a family historian I can appreciate your need to find out such information.

On this website (below), if you scroll down a bit, you will find a name and phone number of someone connected with bellringing at Frampton church. Perhaps he would be kind enough to help you tomorrow morning?

Good plan, thank you very much, i shall try that! I prefer Family History to Genealogy but most folk just want to get those generations in and miss all the really interesting stuff!

Epitaph, somewhere in England.

Here I lie at the churchyard door,

Here I lie because I'm poor,

The further in the more you pay,

But here I lie as snug as they.
