does anybody know when chelsea bridge was named and by whom when i look up websites on thames bridges this one always has a question mark against i know it could have been called grosvenor bridge before this name was transferred to the railway line bridge running into victoria help please

It was soon renamed Chelsea Bridge and survived until about 1930. The replacement was also called Chelsea Bridge. The Grosvenor Bridge was built about 1860, so it is unlikely that the name was ever used for Chelsea Bridge.
