What was the total number of casualties during the entire vietnam war?

sorry i cant answer exact but i read somewhere there were around 560 000 dead amis ( only during the war ...not counting the few that still commit suicide due to the follow up stuff) ... as good as it gets...

No precise figures are available regarding the number of Vietnamese, Northern and Southern, who died, but estimates range as high as 2 million.
