I'd like to answer Linden, but not too sure what you want. If it's War Poetry, then all the War Poets are here: http://www.firstworldwar.com/poetsandprose/index.h

The lines of poetry invariably quoted during services on Remembrance Sunday are from the last verse of Laurence Binyon's 'For the Fallen', which opens "They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old".

For the words of the whole poem, click http://www.ausvets.powerup.com.au/lastpost.htm

Errrr.... Quizmonster! I'm being annoyingly pedantic, I know, but it's the 4th verse that is used during Remembrance services. ;-)
As if I would ever be annoyed with you, Cetti. I knew the verse I meant and even quoted its opening correctly...just got its place in the scheme of things a little awry! My apologies.
.....and you sir, are a real gentleman!!
