Charles the second
No king was at the battle of Worcester.

It was 1651 and we didn't have a king then.

There is an irritating little Royalist habit of counting Charles the second's reign from his fathers death as if by doing so they could forget that Britain had ever had a commonwealth.

Charles was a king at the time of the battle - king of Scotland, crowned at Scone on January 1. He didn't become king of England till much later, as jake says.
Maybe but in title only The English parliament ruled Soctland at that time
