What was the Queen Mother's official title when she made that remark about being able to 'look the East End in the eye'? And does anybody know the exact date of that bomb hitting Buckingham Palace?

Her official title was "Her Majesty the Queen"
I think Buck House sustained nine direct hits, but not all of the bombs exploded. They were dropped during "The Blitz" during the nights of 10th and 13th September 1940.
Whoops! I mean those dated inclusive. i.e. 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th September, 1940. Spooky aint it?
