Does anyone know the exact wording of the inscription on the USA memorial at Omaha Beach. I think it reads something like:
Take a look at so many crosses row on row
Stand back and honour them in silence

There are a number of inscriptions on the various memorials included in the U.S. cemetery overlooking Omaha Beach, including the Chapel, The Bronze Statue at Eastern Memorial and the wall at the Garden of the Missing... you can read them all here:
