Tartanwiz - pardon me for being accurate but Smorodina was making a serious point which was not intended to be a "good joke" and which therefore does not warrant a "ha ha" response. BSL does indeed have a different grammatical structure from English. It is possible that the questionner may have been a BSL user with English only as a second language.
