Waterloo Dispatches

Does anybody know where the records office for the battle of Waterloo is? I am looking to obtain official dispatches from the 3 leaders (Wellington, Napoleon and Blucher) for research but am stumped about where to find them! I know Wellington sanctioned a book with his in but can't track it down. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
