well i know that there are not many Honourable companies, and that they are also Livery Companies, and that the Honour title was bestowed by the Monarchy as opposed to by the Guilds, as with the Livery Companies.
In kempie's link, can anyone explain why at No 41 Joiners and Ceilers were also known as "fusters" which is the Spanish word for carpenters and joiners as I understand it?
