The only fragrant Indian wood I can think of immediately is sandalwood, and I'm fairly sure there isn't a Sandalwood Castle.......or is there?

I already have Pontefract as one of my answers clue was a round flat liquorice sweet.
Maybe it is puzzles really but thought you great historians on this site would be able to assist after all most castles are historical.
