There are people who still study and and practice the ninjitsu martial art. They do so for the same reason millions of other people do all the other types of martial arts. Obviously they don't go round killing samurai and stuff like they did in ancient japan, but I saw on a TV programme that said organisations like some army special forces and special police units use ninjitsu methods in their training.
