I would have thought Mao Tse Tung would have been in the line up rather than Saddam. As Jno says, he was small time compared to the others.

Saddam would be more appropriate in a line up with Bokassa, Amin and Ceausescu.

Having said that I would have chucked Saddam out as the others had more to answer for.

although he was "small time" compared to the others,, he was in a different time as well,, maybe ..because he saw what the others had done and then did it himself actually made him worse than the others..
