Almost every aspect of 'Braveheart', costume, language, weapons, tactics, relationships between the Scots, the Irish and the English, were completely inaccurate but he was executed, so they got that bit right!

William wallace was tortured and quarted at smithfields market in london just like it was shown in braveheart the film (thats about the only thing they got correct).
