Conspiracy !
1 Answers
in 1688, at a time when James II was obviously on his way out, a group of people (in favour of William of Orange) conspired in a room with a window in each of the four walls-so they could see if anyone was listening.
Does anyone know the name and location?

Though I couldn't find the location, it was probably The Houses of Parliment
