I believe Gregorian Chant music in the Middle Ages was the first music to be written down in notes.

Ancient Egyptians wrote down music, although I am not sure what dynasty, and there is not much of it. As far as I am aware no-one has decoded the notation. It is believed to be trumpet or horn fanfares.
