Extension cost?

Don't know much about this but I want to extension done and the measurements roughly will be about 15ft x 15ft.
Want it to be as cheap as possible so going for a flat roof but would like patio doors put in.
Don't know if this would effect the cost, but I live in hertfordshire.
Does anybody have a roof estimate on how much this would cost?

Have you checked on whether you can get planning permission which is required ?

not being funny, but does as cheap as possible mean DIY? Probably cost you more in the long run. I think your best bet is get a few builders to give you estimates, then quotes if within your budget.

If its small enough you won't need a planning application anyway. See www.planningportal.gov.uk
