Anyone know where I can buy door handles like these?

They are originals to a 1950s council house - but cant find them anywhere.

In the late 40s/50s, material was in very short supply. The result was to occasionally come up with fittings like these. As was mentioned, you could trawl the reclamation yards, or, have them made up. That, as you can imagine, would be costly.
