I have problems with the above. The hot water is no problem as this fires up when a hot tap is opened. Hpwever the heating does not come on. I think it might be something to do with my timer. It keeps coming apart but when I put it on and turn the dial it doesn't come on. The timer dial also keeps coming off! Can anyone help!?

Mechanical timers are around £50, and Digital around £100. I can't get anything definite about this model - it may be discontinued.

There should still be spares around though.
