Painting Polypropylene

Can Addis plastics be painted and if so, what with? I'd like to change our sink tidy from blue to cream. Addis no longer make our item.

Can't say I've seen an appropriate paint. It'd need to be both flexible (no cracking) and stick to very smooth surfaces. May be cheaper and easier to go somewhere and a different brand to Addis for a new sink tidy, and donate your existing one to the charity shop.

You just need the right primer. There are plenty of them. Zinsser "Bullseye" is one that I use occasionally, but I wouldn't try it in your case.

I agree with OG about the cracking. Polypropylene bins are far too flexible. The paint would hold Ok until the bin flexes. Eventually, it would crack and flake off.
