I have just cleaned up my kitchen floor tiles. What is the best product to use to waterproof and seal them? I don't want a shiny finish.

Plenty of them, Budlet. HG is my favourite, but LTP and Litholin are also among the best.

Just make sure you go for "Matt" or maybe "Satin" finishes; NOT gloss.
