Adaptor

Does anybody know if anyone makes an adaptor that fits between (for example) a Dyson vacuum cleaner hose and (for example) a Gtech appliance brush or nozzle. Compatibility between hoses and sucker-uppers could be beneficial.

You'll need to know the diameters of the hose/pipe and the attachment.

The common sizes are 28mm, 30mm, 32mm and 35mm.
Lots of adapters on Ebay. A quick search for "vacuum hose adapter" brings up:
