Opinions Needed Please

I am going to mount some 10p coins inside small block frames (the fat frames that will stand up on their own). Looking for opinions on what frame/background colour(s) people think would be most effective (the frames are going to be quite small - holding 3, 4 or 5 coins which will be quite close together as they spell out names). Thank you :) (and if anyone knows how I can stick the coins to the frames without damaging the surface of the coins that would be useful too :) )

I'd go with a darkish blue background and distressed silver frame. You can get perspex wallets to seal coins.

I'd agree with a dark background, unless the recipient has a favourite colour or you know the decor.

I would imagine hot glue would be suitable - cheap glue guns available at Hobbycraft amongst others .

How about blue tac? You dont really want the coins to be damaged.

Why would you use bluetac when you can use glue dots?

I agree, glue dots are your best friend on occasions like this. Velvet, or some fabric with a nap for background.

Think I would be using double sided adhesive tape. Something like the Unibond "no more nails" tape. It would keep the coins flatter than blue tack and no waiting for it to set like glue.
