bathroom window??

I would like a brand new bathroom this year. My biggest problem is that the window is far too big. We need a much smaller window to allow to fit the sink underneath.BUT, does this mean i would need a builder and a window fitter, which one would i need to consult first, keep putting this off because its such a headache. thankyou in anticipation!!!

You need a builder. Its not difficult to take a window out, build up the brickwork/blockwork at the bottom and put a new window in the smaller gap. Builder's can source a new window from wherever.
