I have seen this for sale on the telly. Has anyone actually got one? Is it as great at painting as they say? Should I spend �29 on one?

No, I have not tried Paint Runner, but have used similar in the past. It will no doubt cover most of the wall / ceiling surfaces, but I doubt it will get into internal corners and edges where the two meet. I guess you need a paintbrush and stepladder for that job !
