help.. i have left roses in my roon and the water has leaked out.. on to the carpet.. it smells terrible how do i get rid of the smell of stagnent water out of the carpet? any help would be amazing.

just wash it thoroughly with loads of clean water and air the room, when dry use shake and vac and vacuum
