CORGI states you have to have a solid copper connection for everything inside the property.

So no flexible hoses inside, or KABOOM
You're CORGI engineer will know how to do this safely so you do not need to ask this question. Unless you are thinking of DIYing breaking the law and risking you're family and neighbours lives and property.
