I have a large shed in my garden with power which was a workshop. I want to convert it to a games room for my kids. How can I insulate it safely and cheaply? Was going to try polystyrene tiles but a previous querie I read about fire hazards put me off. Any ideas gratefully received.
Many thanks.

Why not try insulation 'batts' which are available at most DIY stores ie B&Q Wickes. Then board over them to cover them up and give a nice interior surface. If you cannot find them in the thickness you want, then try with loft insulation rolls.

I 'winterised' my summerhouse doing this and used tongue and groove pine inside. Now nice and cosy in the winter too!
