Our Mira "Excel" model does and has been excellent for the last 8 years.Superb pressure and flow Don't recall the original installation but both hot and cold are at effectively mains pressure as long as the cold feed is direct and not from a header tank
all combi boilers can run a mixer shower, but be warned, if your boiler breaks then you will have no hot water, an electric shower is excellent back-up when that happens.
