I am wanting to open up the wall from my utility room through to my garage.
Utility side will be cutting thro' plaster board and hitting concrete breeze block in the garage. I know a Lintel will have to be installed but am a bit wary of doing it myself.
It's a load bearing wall too so a tyoe c lintel is needed.

Anyone who has done similar, any advice on the best way to do it or any tips i should take on board...
cheers, AaronsDad...

Building Control regulations need to be met and BC application made. The door that you install between the two will need to be a 30 minute fire door.
you'll need a couple of strongboys and acro props as well.
