After installing a new radiator and using the old rad tails i now have (at one end) a very very slight leak when the rads off (presure build-up i suppose) ,its about half a drip a day which ternds to go when the radiator is hot ,whats the chances of that sealing itself up ?? .I didnt realy want to remove the rad and re-make the tail if i can help it ,but i dont want to have (in time) a constant leak and a rusty rad .
Thanks

they can be a bit of pig to get to seal sometimes, fitted loads of rads and for some reason theres always one that plays up..the chances are it will seal it self over time...i doubt it will get worse.
its probably going when the rad is hot as its drying up before it can drip
When the rad is hot, it is evaporating so you don't see it.
Agree with what Chas says.

evaporating !! thats the word i was trying to think of...been a long morning
Still giggling at " Half a drip" Made my evening thank you

Very moist caught my eye tho.
I assume you used ptfe tape on all the joints? This helps seal by taking up the "slack" in between the threads, especially useful when the joint is getting hot & cold all the time and can "creep" through expansion and contraction (it feels tight when cold but loosens slightly when warm). If you didn't then you really should have. You can try this though, let it get hot and try nip it up a little more then check it again when cold. Repeat 3 or 4 times and this should cure it. (but taking it apart and taping it would definitely work)
