Does anyone know who manufactures the basin and bath taps sold under Homebase's own brand?

It isn't just one manufacturer - they use several.
And another issue is that nowadays such companies source from Europe - Spain, France and Italy being favourites for such products.
You may be able to be clever in finding out by opening the packet and seeing if there is any clue from the leaflet inside - I have succesfully used this technique before to find the source of a Homebase towel radiator.
